Conquer Your Fear in Business!
July 11, 2018 @ 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm
Choose Success over Fear!
Are your fears getting in the way of your success in your business?
If you answered yes, fear is not just getting in the way of the success in your business, it is getting in the way of YOUR overall success! Did you know that our brains do not know the difference between the fear of being chased by a bear and the fear of public speaking or any other fear? Fear sends us into a fight, flight or freeze mode and often that shows up as procrastination, avoidance, inaction, busy work, “shiny object syndrome”, and a general feeling of being overwhelmed. No wonder our businesses are suffering! The good news is that fear is an adversity that can be faced head on, you can break down the fear, take action and become successful- the first step is naming your fear.
In this session we will:
• Identify and name YOUR fear
• Determine at least 1 step to conquer your fear
• Identify 5 tangible ways to change your mindset
