THE COACHING HOUR

Jason Jones

Jason Jones is dedicated to helping independent consultants, fractional leaders, and high-trust professionals win clients and grow their businesses—by making every sales conversation purpose-driven, human, and deeply effective.

Rejecting traditional scripts and sales formulas, Jason’s unique approach is centered on executive presence, purposeful listening, and the creation of transformative awareness. He teaches clients to guide conversations that motivate action—without pressure, awkwardness, or sacrificing authenticity.

For more than two decades, Jason has both lived and coached the shift from old-school selling to adaptive, authentic influence. Through years of research, development, and hands-on testing, he has helped clients uncover opportunities their customers didn’t even know they needed—but soon couldn’t live without. In addition to coaching, Jason has built and led multiple successful ventures, from a global coaching company to a top-rated morning radio show.

Jason is certified by Royal Roads University and the International Coaching Federation, and is widely recognized for delivering programs that achieve both actionable structure and true personal growth. His methodology has reached leaders across North America, Australia, and the UK, and his work is continually celebrated for making business development as authentic as the work itself.

Above all, Jason is passionate about helping every client discover that authentic, trust-centered conversations aren’t just possible—they’re the most powerful way to grow, lead, and make an enduring impact.
